项目融资
什么是项目融资？
贷款人主要依靠项目运营产生的现金流作为贷款偿还来源，并将项目的资产、权利和利益作为抵押。
项目融资对机器、设备和成套车间开发商来说是富有吸引力的选择。
项目融资的特点：

特殊目的
通过独立金融和法律实体开发的项目。
2.
资产负债表外
项目评估不仅基于进口商/担保人的资产负债表状况。项目债务的会计处理完全独立于其合并账户的借款。最终担保人的财务状况不受影响。
3.
高杠杆结构
允许最大限度提高项目的债务股权杠杆率。通常可以获得项目金额的70%至85%的融资。
4.
无追索权/ 有限追索权
融资仅由项目本身担保，对担保人不具有追索权。
